We will gather some information from you about your organization, your supporters, and your goals for the fundraising effort. With this information, we will custom-tailor an auction format that works best for you by utilizing our inventory of over 5,000 authentic sports and entertainment memorabilia items.
We will bring the selected items to your location along with all necessary accessories to set up a professional display. Since the items are on hand, your supporters can walk away with their pieces after the auction is done or we will contact them on your behalf to arrange payment and pick up if they are not on site when the auction ends.
We pay for all of our own expenses so there is no cost to your organization. We handle all transactions, offering your supporters the payment options of credit card, check or cash.
Your organization will earn a percentage of every sale on each item that is sold. We will provide you with a copy of all bid sheets and a detailed report of each item sold, along with a check made out to your organization.
